When booking your appointment we will ask for your card information, this is simply to hold your appointment. You will not be charged unless you violate one of the following policies:

24 hr cancellation- 

If it’s past the 24 hour grace period you will be charged for 1/2 your service.

Late & No Show-
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full service amount.

No shows will be charged the full price of the missed service and any future appointments will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
